  1. Product Disclaimer Porcelain products are handcrafted. Minor variations in glaze, texture and shape between individual pieces are normal craft characteristics and not product defects. Product photos are for reference only. Color difference caused by lighting or screen display is not a quality issue. Porcelain is fragile. We are not liable for breakage caused by improper handling, impact or sudden temperature change during use.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, labor costs or secondary property damages. For delays, detention or loss caused by force majeure (custom restrictions, war, natural disaster, logistics strike, route suspension), we will assist with tracking parcels but are not responsible for consequential compensation.
