1. Acceptance of Terms|条款接受
Welcome to our store. By accessing, browsing our website and placing orders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not accept all terms, please do not use our website or submit orders. All rules are subject to our store settings. We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website without individual notification.

2. Product Information|产品信息
We strive to ensure accuracy of porcelain product photos, dimensions and descriptions. Porcelain is handcrafted; slight differences in glaze color, texture and size between pieces are normal and not considered defects. Product images are for reference only. Color variation caused by screen display cannot be used as a reason for return or refund.
我们尽力保证网站上瓷器产品图片、尺寸、描述、颜色的准确性。瓷器属于手工制品，每件产品会存在釉色、纹理、大小轻微差异，不属于产品瑕疵。产品图片仅作展示参考，实物与屏幕显示存在色差，不作为退换货理由。
3. Account Registration|账户注册
You may register an account or checkout as guest. You are responsible for keeping your account, shipping address and contact information accurate. Accounts are non-transferable. We reserve the right to cancel orders and restrict accounts for malicious registration or bulk fraudulent orders.
下单可选择注册账户或游客结账。您有责任保证账户信息、收件地址、联系方式真实有效。账户仅限本人使用，禁止转让。如发现恶意注册、批量下单，本店有权取消订单并限制账户。
4. Orders & Payment|订单与付款
1) An order is confirmed once payment is received. We will start packing after successful payment.
2) We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds in cases of out-of-stock, discontinued items, pricing errors, undeliverable address or suspected fraudulent orders.
3) All product prices exclude destination import duties, VAT and clearance fees, which are borne by the recipient.
4) No price difference compensation for exchange rate fluctuations. The amount charged is the price shown at checkout.
5) 提交订单并成功付款，视为订单生效。付款成功后我方开始备货打包。
6) 本店有权在以下情况单方面取消订单并全额退款：库存不足、产品停产、定价错误、客户地址无法派送、可疑欺诈订单。
7) 所有价格默认不含目的地国家关税、增值税及清关费用，税费由收件人承担。
8) 汇率波动不支持差价补偿，结算以结账页面实时显示金额为准。
5. Shipping & Delivery|商品发货与物流
All shipment, estimated delivery time, damage claim and lost parcel rules follow our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge the fragile packaging rules, estimated lead time and damage claim procedure.
发货、配送时效、破损理赔、丢件处理全部遵循本站【物流政策 Shipping Policy】。下单即代表您知悉易碎品包装规则、预估时效以及破损索赔流程。
6. Returns, Refunds & Damage Claims|退换货与破损理赔
1) Transport damage claims are governed by the Shipping Policy. Claims must be submitted within 3 calendar days after delivery with complete evidence. Claims submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
2) For voluntary returns due to personal reasons (dislike, size mismatch, expectation difference): the buyer is responsible for round-trip international shipping cost, fragile packaging fee and product depreciation. Any breakage during return shipment shall be at the buyer’s risk.
3) Custom porcelain items are non-returnable for non-quality issues.
4) No refund or reshipment for artificially damaged, scratched or used goods.
5) 运输破损理赔规则以物流政策为准。签收3自然日内提交完整取证资料方可申请破损补发或退款，超时不再受理。
6) 非运输破损，客户个人原因（不喜欢、尺寸不符、想象落差）申请退货：客户需要承担往返国际运费、易碎品包装费以及商品损耗费。瓷器退回途中产生的破损，由买家承担。
7) 定制瓷器产品，非质量问题不支持无理由退货。
8) 人为损坏、使用过后、磕碰划伤的商品，不予退款或补发。
7. Intellectual Property|知识产权
All images, texts, product photos, logos and design materials on this website belong to our store. Copying, redistribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. Purchasing physical porcelain products does not grant you copyright of product photos or designs.
网站内所有图片、文案、产品摄影、LOGO、设计素材均为本店知识产权。未经书面许可，禁止复制、转载、商用。客户购买瓷器实物，不代表获得产品图片、设计版权。
8. Prohibited Conduct|用户行为限制
You agree not to:
- Commit fraud, malicious ordering, fake orders or abusive claims;
- Attack the website or scrape product data in bulk;
- Post illegal, offensive or infringing content in messages or reviews. We may suspend accounts and cancel orders, and reserve the right to take legal action.
您承诺不会：
- 利用网站从事欺诈、恶意下单、刷单、恶意索赔行为；
- 攻击网站、爬虫批量抓取产品数据；
- 在评论、消息中发布违法、辱骂、侵权内容； 违反上述行为，本店可直接关闭账户、取消订单并保留追责权利。
9. Disclaimer|免责声明
1) Our porcelain goods are made with standard craftsmanship. We are not liable for breakage caused by improper use, dropping or sudden temperature change.
2) We will assist tracking parcels affected by force majeure (war, customs policy changes, natural disasters, logistics strikes, route suspension), but we shall not be responsible for indirect damages including lost profits or labor costs.
3) We aim to keep the website available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary downtime during maintenance or server failures.
4) 瓷器产品均按标准工艺制作，正常使用范围内产品本身安全；不当使用、摔落、高温骤冷造成碎裂，本店不承担责任。
5) 因不可抗力（战争、海关政策、自然灾害、物流罢工、航线中断）造成订单延误、包裹丢失，本店尽力协助追踪，但不承担间接损失（客户误工损失、预期收益损失等）。
6) 网站会尽量保证 24 小时可访问，但不承诺网站永不中断，对于临时维护、服务器故障造成短暂无法访问不承担赔偿。
10. Dispute Resolution|争议解决
Any dispute arising from orders shall first be settled amicably. The governing law shall be the law of our business registration location.
因本订单产生的纠纷，优先友好协商。适用法律以我方注册地法律为准。
11. Miscellaneous|其他条款
These Terms, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy together form the full agreement. If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses remain enforceable.
本条款与隐私政策、物流政策共同构成完整协议。部分条款无效不影响其余条款效力。
